its was 28/7/2010 and i was late to my footy training i was very angry as i new i would have to do more running. When i got to training i did a lap and some push ups i then warm ups and did some stretching my aim is to kick 10 goals this week against the winnacott cats.I have some friends playing for the other side so i want to play well . My mate rocky is playing on the other side so i want to get in a fight with him as it would be preety funny cause i would win without a doubt. at the end off training i went to my aunty's house to get a massage for recovery

Lance Franklin kicks his 100th goal

Day 2


It was Friday the 23/7/2010 and i was starting training. And i wasn't really dedicated to training tonight as i would of perferd to go to my cousins party but i had to train because i missed out on the last two Friday trainings because i went to party's so i had to train we started off again with a warm up lap as we always do and stretchers when we get back. after we got warmed up we began with a goal kicking drill some would say I'm the buddy Franklin of my team. and i kicked 9 goals 4 in the drill we then began with a mini scratch match which was very intence as i was playing i ran into Jake poingdestre who is one of the cheekiest players in my team and is not respected like i am thank god the wissle went and my trannig had finish i then left to go to my cousins party.

day 1
MY aim in the next 4 weeks is to kick 13 goals by the end of the season It all started at 5.30pm on Wednesday 21/7/2010 when I drove down to Beasley Park to begin my football training. It was a very cold night and to tell you the truth I was quite scared as I thought we would be doing running for the whole training session. We began by doing a warm up lap around the oval and talking to all my team mates. As we got back from our lap our coach told us that he had forgot the footballs, at that exact moment my stomach dropped and I knew we would be doing running as we have no footballs to kick. I didn't know what to do, I wanted to hide so I didn't have to do running. As we walked down to the goal line I saw three of my team mates setting up a rectangle, I didn't know what we were doing but I knew it wouldn't be good. When my coach was talking I tried not listen because I didn't want to hear that we were doing running and then he told us that we are playing soccer my froun turned upside down into a smile once we chose our teams I was pretty happy because I was in a good team. I began as goal keeper and i saved about five goals i then went up forward to kick some goals at one moment the ball got kicked to me in the air i thought i could make my self look good by doing a bycile kick but instead i fell on my Ars. It was half time and we walked over to get a drink as i was walking over we were talking about our plan. When the second half started a Fight broke out and it was all on all i ran straight for my coach who kneed me in the jaw and thanks to him i cant eat 'shame on him'. As the fight was getting bigger i ran in their to help my team and one of my team mates ripped my favourite dockers singlet which got me so angry i was fuming i had smoke coming out of my ears but the fight ended and i had to play with no top on. As it was a cold night my nipples went blue and my stomach was freezing and then the wissle went training had finished and i had lost my favourite singlet
